I really like the 312 and the 359. I would go with the 359; however, it is not as purely Panerai as the 312 (which has a simpler dial). It has a polished case, whereas the 312, 321, 351, etc. all have brushed cases. The obvious difference is the 11-numeral dial whereas most PAM have 3 or 4 cardinal numerals with “sticks” marking 5, 10, etc. I prefer 312 rather than 359 because of crystal clarity and reflection and because of lume. These 312/320/329 have indeed excellent lume. And this is not my best lume pic.

ok guys i am completely new to Panerai. here is my question.is the 312 and 359 the same watch just different dials?? I thought i read somewhere that the 359 was some sort of LE.
