To answer your question, the engraved rehaut is not a clear indicator that the watch houses a cal. 3186. There are M-series watches that have the engraved rehaut + cal. 3185. Any 16570 from 2009 (V serials) or newer will 100% have the cal 3186. If someone is advertising differently, they've most likely swapped out the correct movement. Good luck!
